When you have chosen your recordings, you will be best off if you are sure you have a tranquil private space and sufficient time to listen to them. You will need decent headphones. I recommend anything better than low-quality ear buds – I personally use a Corsair gaming heaphone set which wasn’t prohibitively expensive.
Don’t drive or operate heavy machinery while you listen or shortly thereafter. If you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, have had a health history of seizure activity or a health history of psychiatric treatment, please refrain from listening to bilateral audio (such as these recordings) or do so after having discussed this with your doctor – bilateral audio can trigger these conditions in rare cases.
I produce my audio very carefully with increasingly improving techniques. All of the recordings offered here were made using a focusrite pre-amp and an AKG microphone – some of my earlier efforts floating around are still very good, but with more limited recording technique. I am fascinated with brainwave entrainment and I experiment with frequencies and wavelengths within my audio, though not every recording will contain brainwave entrainment.
For me, hypnosis goes beyond sexuality and beyond the question of Female Dominance, into the realm of creative art, mixing music, metaphor, and mood. I find that this only enhances response and efficacy, and I’m sure you will agree after listening.
